Basic Website Maintenance Package
Ideal for businesses that need continuous support and updates to keep their website running smoothly.
What’s included in the Monthly Maintenance Package:

Core updates: Regular updates to the core of the website (e.g., WordPress, CMS software) to ensure it’s running the latest, most secure version.

Security patches: Timely installation of security patches to protect against vulnerabilities and ensure the website stays secure.

Regular backups: Monthly or weekly backups of the website’s files and databases to avoid data loss.

Plugin & theme updates: Updating installed plugins and themes to their latest versions to ensure compatibility, security, and functionality.

Performance checks: Ensuring the website loads quickly and is performing optimally.

Monthly reporting: Providing updates on website performance, security status, and any changes made during the month.
What’s NOT included:

Major redesigns or custom development work

New feature additions beyond routine maintenance

Content creation (e.g., blogs, images, copywriting)

Extra support or troubleshooting outside of routine maintenance
Payment Terms:

Per month (including VAT).

Payment is made monthly

No long-term commitment required; can be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ notice.
B2B Terms & Conditions (Business-to-Business)
By purchasing this service, the Client confirms they are engaging as a business and agree to the following B2B terms:

Payment Terms: Full payment is due in advance for each month of service. The Client agrees to make payment via Stripe on a monthly basis. Payments must be processed before service delivery.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Cancellations are accepted with 30 days’ notice.
-
Refunds are not offered if the service has already been delivered in the current month.

Cancellations will result in the service being discontinued at the end of the paid month, with no further payments charged beyond that point.

Late Payment Fees:
-
If payment is not received within 14 days of the due date, the Client will incur a late fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.

In addition to the interest, a fixed late fee of £40 will be charged if the payment is not made within 14 days.

Service Delivery:

This service includes only the maintenance and updates as described above. Any additional features, redesigns, or requests beyond the scope of the package will incur extra charges.

Service delivery will begin once the initial payment has been received and the website has been set up. Regular monthly updates will follow.

Liability:

We are not liable for any business outcomes, loss of data, or any website issues that arise from platform conflicts, third-party plugins, or external hosting issues.

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Revisions & Custom Requests:

Routine updates and maintenance are included. Any custom requests, additional features, or modifications outside the agreed scope will incur additional fees.

Termination:
-
This contract will remain in effect as long as payments are made as agreed. If payments are not received or the Client does not comply with the terms, the contract will be terminated.
