Service Description

The Booking / Appointment Tool – One-Time service includes the setup and integration of an online booking or appointment system on the Client’s website. This allows customers to schedule services, meetings, or appointments directly online. The tool will be configured according to the Client’s business requirements, including available times, services, and notifications. Optional monthly support for the booking system can be added for ongoing maintenance and updates.

Delivery Timeframe

This service will be completed within 5–10 business days, provided the Client supplies all required information (such as website access, service details, and calendar preferences) promptly.

Revisions

  • The Client is entitled to 1 minor revision.

  • Revisions are limited to small adjustments (e.g., service names, time slots, layout tweaks).

  • Major functionality changes, advanced integrations, or additional features fall outside the scope and may incur extra charges.

  • Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Client Responsibilities

The Client must provide accurate information, website access (if required), and detailed booking requirements before work begins.
Delays caused by missing information may extend the delivery timeframe.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Once work has started, cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be issued.

  • Refunds will only be provided if we are unable to deliver the service as agreed.

  • Failure by the Client to provide required information does not qualify for a refund.

Data & Responsibility

The Client is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including data protection (e.g., GDPR) for client booking information.
We are not responsible for how booking data is stored, processed, or managed after delivery.

By purchasing this service, the Client confirms they are engaging as a business customer and agree to these B2B Terms and Conditions.
