Service Delivery
Upon receiving your order, we will conduct a branding consultation and provide 3 logo concepts, along with colour palette and typography recommendations.
The service is expected to be completed within 1 week to 1 month, depending on complexity and the feedback provided by the Client.
Revisions
Clients are entitled to 1 revision after receiving the initial designs. This revision allows for minor adjustments or refinements to the logo, typography, or colour palette.
The revision is not intended for a complete change of direction (e.g., requesting a brand-new logo concept or entirely new brand direction).
If a redesign or new direction is required, this will be treated as a separate project and additional charges may apply.Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the initial design concepts.
Cancellation & Refunds
Once the consultation has begun and work has started, cancellations are not accepted and refunds are not available.
Refunds are only issued if we are unable to deliver the service as agreed.
Client delays in providing feedback or information do not qualify for a refund.
B2B Agreement
By purchasing this service, the Client confirms they are acting as a business and agree to these B2B terms.
