Service Delivery
After receiving your order, we will provide a consultation, followed by a tailored marketing strategy, social media guidance, and brand advice.
This service will be completed within 1 week to 1 month, depending on your business needs and the feedback provided by the Client.
Revisions
Clients are entitled to 1 revision after the initial delivery of the marketing strategy or social media guidance.
The revision is not intended to be a complete overhaul or a new direction. For example, full rewrites, new strategies, or entirely different approaches fall outside the scope of the revision.
If major changes or new deliverables are required, these will be treated as a separate project, and additional charges may apply.
Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the initial plan or guidance.
Cancellation & Refunds
Once the consultation has started and work has begun, cancellations are not accepted and refunds will not be issued.
Refunds are only provided if we are unable to deliver the service as agreed.
Failure by the Client to provide necessary information or feedback does not qualify for a refund.
B2B Agreement
By purchasing this service, the Client confirms they are engaging as a business and agree to these B2B terms.
