1 Revision of the business plan/strategy outline
Service Delivery
Upon receiving your order, we will schedule a consultation to discuss your business plan and objectives.
The service is expected to be completed within 1 week to 1 month, depending on the complexity of the business and the feedback provided by the Client.
Revisions
Clients are entitled to 1 revision after receiving the business plan or strategy outline. This revision allows for minor adjustments or refinements based on the Client’s feedback.
The revision is not intended to change the full scope of the service.
For example, a full rewrite of the business plan, a new direction, or major reworking will be treated as a separate project and additional charges may apply.Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the initial draft.
Cancellation & Refunds
Once the consultation has begun and work has started, cancellations are not accepted and refunds will not be issued.
Refunds are only available if we are unable to fulfil the service as agreed.
Client delays or a lack of required information do not qualify for a refund.
B2B Agreement
By purchasing this service, the Client confirms they are acting as a business and agree to these B2B terms.
