Service Delivery
The service will be delivered following a detailed consultation, with the final business plan, strategic outlook, SWOT & PEST analysis, logo design, and marketing plan delivered in stages.
The expected completion time is 1 week to 1 month, depending on the complexity of the service and the feedback provided by the Client.
Revisions
Clients are entitled to 1 revision of the business plan, logo, or marketing plan after the initial delivery.
The revision is not intended to completely alter the entire service. For example, requesting a complete overhaul of the marketing plan or logo design will fall outside the scope of the revision.
If additional major changes are required, these will be treated as a separate project, and additional charges may apply.
Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the deliverables.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations are not accepted once the consultation has begun and work has started.
Refunds are only available for services that have not yet been delivered.If for any reason we are unable to fulfill the service as agreed, you will receive a full refund for undelivered work.
B2B Agreement
By purchasing this service, the Client confirms they are engaging as a business and the agreement is governed under B2B terms.
