Service Delivery
The 1-hour consultation will take place at a scheduled time agreed upon after purchase. This consultation will be conducted via phone or video call (Zoom, Skype, etc.).
The service is expected to be completed within 1 week, depending on your availability and scheduling.
Revisions
This package does not include revisions. It is designed to provide initial advice and guidance.
For more in-depth business support, you are welcome to explore our other packages, such as Business Blueprint or Business Brand.
Pre-Consultation
Before the consultation, the Client must provide basic information about their business idea or plans so that the consultation can be tailored to their needs.
This helps ensure the session is productive and valuable.
Post-Consultation
After the consultation, the Client will receive a follow-up email summarizing key takeaways, additional advice, and recommended next steps.
Further resources may also be provided to support the Client in starting their business.
Cancellation & Refunds
Once the consultation has been booked and work has begun, cancellations are not accepted and refunds will not be issued.
If the Client is unable to attend the consultation, they must reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.
Missed consultations or late rescheduling will not qualify for a refund.Refunds are only available if we are unable to deliver the service as agreed.
Liability
We provide business advice based on our expertise and industry knowledge. However, we are not liable for any business decisions, outcomes, or actions taken by the Client following the consultation.
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.
B2B Agreement
By purchasing this service, the Client confirms they are acting as a business and agree to these B2B terms.
