Service Description
The Cookie Consent / GDPR Plugin – One-Time service includes the setup and configuration of a cookie consent banner and GDPR compliance tools on the Client’s website. This ensures the site complies with legal requirements for cookies and data protection under UK/EU regulations, including user consent for cookies and privacy policy integration.
Please note: this service provides setup and configuration only; ongoing GDPR updates, cookie management, or legal content creation is the Client’s responsibility. Optional monthly support for maintaining compliance and updates can be added for an additional fee.
Delivery Timeframe
This service will be completed within 3–7 business days, provided the Client supplies all required information (such as website access, privacy policy content, and preferences for cookie consent settings) promptly.
Revisions

The Client is entitled to 1 minor revision.

Revisions are limited to small adjustments (e.g., banner text, cookie preferences, styling tweaks).

Adding new compliance tools, policy creation, or advanced legal customizations fall outside the scope and may incur extra charges.

Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Client Responsibilities
The Client must provide accurate information, website access, and any required legal documentation (e.g., privacy policy) before work begins.
Delays caused by missing information may extend the delivery timeframe.
Cancellation & Refunds

Once work has started, cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be issued.

Refunds are only provided if we are unable to deliver the service as agreed.

Failure by the Client to provide required information does not qualify for a refund.
Data & Responsibility
The Client is responsible for ensuring the website maintains compliance with UK/EU regulations and for updating their privacy policy or other legal documents.
We are not responsible for ongoing compliance issues or legal disputes after delivery.
