Service Description
The Coupons / Promotions Setup – One-Time service includes the configuration of discount codes, special offers, and promotional pricing on the Client’s website. This allows the Client to provide discounts to customers, run sales, and set up promotional campaigns. Please note: this service sets up the tools and configurations only; creating marketing strategies or generating coupon content is the Client’s responsibility. Optional ongoing support for managing promotions can be added for an additional fee.
Delivery Timeframe
This service will be completed within 3–5 business days, provided the Client supplies all required information (such as website access, promotion details, and discount rules) promptly.
Revisions

The Client is entitled to 1 minor revision.

Revisions are limited to small adjustments (e.g., coupon code names, discount values, display settings).

Major changes, additional campaigns, or creating marketing content fall outside the scope and may incur extra charges.

Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Client Responsibilities
The Client must provide accurate information, website access (if required), and specific promotion details before work begins.
Delays caused by missing information may extend the delivery timeframe.
Cancellation & Refunds

Once work has started, cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be issued.

Refunds are only provided if we are unable to deliver the service as agreed.

Failure by the Client to provide required information does not qualify for a refund.
Data & Responsibility
The Client is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws regarding promotions and advertising.
We are not responsible for how promotions are used or applied after delivery.

By purchasing this service, the Client confirms they are engaging as a business customer and agree to these B2B Terms and Conditions.
