Service Description
The Online Store / Product Pages – One-Time service includes the setup and integration of an online store or product pages on the Client’s website. This service provides the tools and structure needed to sell products or services directly online. Please note: we only provide the store setup and tools; adding products, pricing, or content is not included and may be offered as a separate service. Optional monthly support for maintenance or updates can be added for an additional fee.
Delivery Timeframe
This service will be completed within 5–10 business days, provided the Client supplies all required information (such as website access and design preferences) promptly.
Revisions

The Client is entitled to 1 minor revision.

Revisions are limited to small adjustments (e.g., layout tweaks, store settings).

Adding products, creating content, or implementing advanced features fall outside the scope and may incur extra charges.

Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Client Responsibilities
The Client must provide accurate information, website access (if required), and any specific requirements before work begins.
Delays caused by missing information may extend the delivery timeframe.
Cancellation & Refunds

Once work has started, cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be issued.

Refunds will only be provided if we are unable to deliver the service as agreed.

Failure by the Client to provide required information does not qualify for a refund.
Data & Responsibility
The Client is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, including e-commerce and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
We are not responsible for product content, pricing, or sales management after delivery.
B2B Agreement
By purchasing this service, the Client confirms they are engaging as a business customer and agree to these B2B Terms and Conditions.
