Service Description
The Performance Optimization – One-Time service includes the setup and configuration of tools to enhance the speed and performance of the Client’s website. This includes implementing caching, image compression, and other techniques to reduce load times and improve user experience.
Please note: this service provides optimization setup only; ongoing performance monitoring or future optimizations are the Client’s responsibility. Optional monthly monitoring and performance updates can be added for an additional fee.
Delivery Timeframe
This service will be completed within 3–7 business days, provided the Client supplies all required information (such as website access and server details) promptly.
Revisions

The Client is entitled to 1 minor revision.

Revisions are limited to small adjustments (e.g., caching settings, image compression levels).

Major changes, further performance testing, or advanced optimizations fall outside the scope and may incur extra charges.

Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Client Responsibilities
The Client must provide accurate information, website access, and server or hosting credentials before work begins.
Delays caused by missing information may extend the delivery timeframe.
Cancellation & Refunds

Once work has started, cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be issued.

Refunds are only provided if we are unable to deliver the service as agreed.

Failure by the Client to provide required information does not qualify for a refund.
Data & Responsibility
The Client is responsible for maintaining secure access credentials and ensuring the website remains optimized after the work is completed.
We are not responsible for performance issues caused by external factors or third-party plugins after delivery.
B2B Agreement
By purchasing this service, the Client confirms they are engaging as a business customer and agree to these B2B Terms and Conditions.
