Service Description
The Popups / Lead Capture – One-Time service includes the setup and integration of popups or lead capture forms on the Client’s website. This allows the Client to capture email addresses, promote offers, or encourage visitor engagement.
Please note: this service provides the popup or lead capture functionality only; creating content, designing offers, or managing captured leads is the Client’s responsibility. Optional monthly support for updating popups, managing campaigns, or monitoring performance can be added for an additional fee.
Delivery Timeframe
This service will be completed within 3–7 business days, provided the Client supplies all required information (such as website access, content, and design preferences) promptly.
Revisions

The Client is entitled to 1 minor revision.

Revisions are limited to small adjustments (e.g., popup placement, display timing, styling tweaks).

Adding new campaigns, full redesigns, or content creation fall outside the scope and may incur extra charges.

Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Client Responsibilities
The Client must provide accurate information, website access, and content before work begins.
Delays caused by missing information may extend the delivery timeframe.
Cancellation & Refunds

Once work has started, cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be issued.

Refunds are only provided if we are unable to deliver the service as agreed.

Failure by the Client to provide required information does not qualify for a refund.
Data & Responsibility
The Client is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR) when capturing emails or personal data.
We are not responsible for how captured data is stored, used, or processed after delivery.
B2B Agreement
By purchasing this service, the Client confirms they are engaging as a business customer and agree to these B2B Terms and Conditions.
