Service Description
The Reviews / Testimonials – One-Time service includes the setup and integration of a reviews or testimonials section on the Client’s website. This allows the Client to display customer feedback, build trust, and improve credibility with visitors.
Please note: this service provides the functionality only; collecting, writing, or moderating testimonials is the Client’s responsibility. Optional monthly support for updating or managing testimonials can be added for an additional fee.
Delivery Timeframe
This service will be completed within 3–7 business days, provided the Client supplies all required information (such as website access, testimonial content, and display preferences) promptly.
Revisions

The Client is entitled to 1 minor revision.

Revisions are limited to small adjustments (e.g., layout, display order, styling tweaks).

Adding new testimonial campaigns or redesigning the section falls outside the scope and may incur extra charges.

Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Client Responsibilities
The Client must provide accurate information, website access, and testimonial content before work begins.
Delays caused by missing information may extend the delivery timeframe.
Cancellation & Refunds

Once work has started, cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be issued.

Refunds are only provided if we are unable to deliver the service as agreed.

Failure by the Client to provide required information does not qualify for a refund.
Data & Responsibility
The Client is responsible for ensuring all testimonials comply with applicable laws and regulations.
We are not responsible for the accuracy or legality of testimonial content after delivery.
B2B Agreement
By purchasing this service, the Client confirms they are engaging as a business customer and agree to these B2B Terms and Conditions.
