Service Description
The Security & Firewall – One-Time service includes the setup and configuration of website security measures, including firewall protection, malware prevention, and spam filtering. This helps protect the Client’s website from hacks, malware, and malicious activity.
Please note: this service provides setup only; ongoing monitoring, malware removal, or security updates after delivery is the Client’s responsibility. Optional monthly monitoring and maintenance support can be added for an additional fee.
Delivery Timeframe
This service will be completed within 3–7 business days, provided the Client supplies all required information (such as website access, hosting credentials, and server details) promptly.
Revisions

The Client is entitled to 1 minor revision.

Revisions are limited to small adjustments (e.g., firewall rules, security settings).

Major changes, adding custom security features, or ongoing monitoring fall outside the scope and may incur extra charges.

Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Client Responsibilities
The Client must provide accurate information, website access, and server or hosting credentials before work begins.
Delays caused by missing information may extend the delivery timeframe.
Cancellation & Refunds

Once work has started, cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be issued.

Refunds are only provided if we are unable to deliver the service as agreed.

Failure by the Client to provide required information does not qualify for a refund.
Data & Responsibility
The Client is responsible for ensuring ongoing compliance with applicable data protection laws and for maintaining secure access credentials.
We are not responsible for breaches, malware infections, or security issues after delivery.
B2B Agreement
By purchasing this service, the Client confirms they are engaging as a business customer and agree to these B2B Terms and Conditions.
