Ideal for growing businesses that want ongoing website care plus regular content updates and performance insights.

What’s included in the Monthly Maintenance Package:

Everything in the Basic Package, plus:

  • Content updates: Minor text and image updates provided by the Client (e.g. page edits, replacing images, small content changes).

  • Monthly performance report: Summary of website performance, traffic insights, and maintenance work carried out.

  • Basic SEO monitoring: Monitoring keyword performance, site visibility, and general SEO health (no advanced optimisation).

Plus all Basic features:

  • Core website updates

  • Plugin & theme updates

  • Security patches

  • Regular backups

  • Performance checks


What’s NOT included:

  • Major redesigns or new page builds

  • Advanced SEO (technical SEO, schema, speed optimisation)

  • New feature development or custom functionality

  • Content creation (copywriting, blogs, graphics)

  • Emergency fixes caused by third-party conflicts or unsupported plugins


Payment Terms:

  • Per month (including VAT).

  • Monthly payment in advance.

  • Rolling monthly agreement; cancellation with 30 days’ notice.


B2B Terms & Conditions (Business-to-Business):

  • B2B Agreement: By purchasing this service, the Client confirms they are acting as a business. Consumer rights and cooling-off periods do not apply.

  • Late Payment Fees:

    • Payments overdue by more than 14 days will incur 2% interest per month on the outstanding balance.

    • A fixed late fee of £40 may also be applied in line with UK B2B late payment legislation.

  • Service Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend maintenance services if payment remains outstanding.

  • Liability: Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service. We are not responsible for business outcomes, third-party platform issues, or plugin conflicts.
