Payment & Billing
Price includes UK VAT.
Payment must be made in advance for project commencement.
Extra revisions, additional products, or custom requests may incur additional fees.
Service Delivery
Delivery depends on project complexity and timely submission of materials from the Client.
The Client must provide all required content, images, product data, and approvals to enable delivery.
Revisions & Custom Requests
Revisions are limited to the scope of the package.
Requests for additional features, redesigns, or bespoke coding beyond the package will incur extra charges.
Cancellations & Refunds
As a B2B service, cancellations are not accepted once work has started.
Refunds are only provided if we are unable to deliver the service as agreed.
B2B Agreement
By purchasing this service, the Client confirms they are engaging as a business and agree to these B2B terms.
Consumer cancellation rights and cooling-off periods do not apply.
Liability
We provide website development and e-commerce setup to the best of our ability.
We are not liable for platform outages, plugin conflicts, or business outcomes.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
