  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By using 7rak Digital Agency services or purchasing products, you (the business customer) agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not subscribe to or use our services.

  1. Our Services
    7rak Digital Agency provides subscription-based services and one-time services to business customers only. Subscription services are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually) as selected at the time of purchase and will continue until cancelled in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

  1. Payment Terms
    All subscription fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing period.
    Customers must maintain a valid payment method to ensure uninterrupted service.
    Any failure to pay amounts due, in whole or in part, may result in suspension of services without notice until all outstanding balances are paid in full.
    Late payments may incur a fixed late payment fee starting from £40.00, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, in addition to any statutory interest and reasonable recovery costs permitted by law.

  1. Cancellation Policy
    Business customers may cancel their subscription at any time by providing at least one month’s written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [your contact email] or through the account management portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the one-month notice period.

  1. Refund Policy
    Subscription fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable. No partial refunds will be issued for any remaining period within the current billing cycle once a cancellation notice has been submitted.

  1. Returns & Exchanges
    Services/Subscriptions: Returns are not applicable.
    Physical Products (if applicable): Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Customers must notify 7rak Digital Agency within 7 days of delivery or discovery of the issue. Upon approval, 7rak Digital Agency will provide instructions for returning the item and issuing an exchange.
    Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees are not refundable, except when the return is due to an error or defect by 7rak Digital Agency.

  1. Customer Responsibilities
    Customers must provide accurate company information and billing details.
    Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.
    Customers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the service.

  1. Service Changes
    7rak Digital Agency reserves the right to modify or update services, subscription features, or pricing at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to customers in advance where possible.

  1. Suspension & Reconnection Fee
    Services may be suspended due to non-payment, late payment, or breach of these Terms & Conditions. Reinstatement of services after suspension will incur a non-refundable reconnection fee starting from £75.00, which may increase depending on the nature of the suspension, administrative work required, and technical complexity involved. Reactivation will only occur once all outstanding balances, applicable reconnection fees, and any other charges are paid in full.

  1. Limitation of Liability
    7rak Digital Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Liability is limited to the value of the product or service purchased in the preceding 12 months.

  1. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.

  1. Agreement
    By purchasing from or subscribing to services provided by 7rak Digital Agency, the business customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions, including:
    One-month cancellation notice for subscriptions.
    Non-refundable subscription fees.
    Return and exchange rules for products, where applicable.
    Reconnection fee rules after suspension, where applicable.

  1. Scope of Services & Exclusions
    Services provided by 7rak Digital Agency are limited strictly to those expressly agreed in writing, outlined in a proposal, invoice, or service description. Any work, revisions, requests, or services outside the agreed scope will be considered additional and may incur extra charges. 7rak Digital Agency is not responsible for tasks, outcomes, or issues outside the defined scope of services.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights
    All intellectual property, including but not limited to designs, source code, templates, content, graphics, strategies, systems, and methodologies, remains the property of 7rak Digital Agency until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, the customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the deliverables for their internal business purposes only, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party software, plugins, themes, licences, and tools remain subject to their respective terms and licences.

  1. No Guarantees & Performance Disclaimer
    7rak Digital Agency does not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or performance, including but not limited to search engine rankings, website traffic, conversions, sales, uptime, leads, or revenue. Results may vary due to factors beyond our control, including algorithm updates, market conditions, third-party platform changes, hosting providers, and customer actions or omissions.

  1. Third-Party Services
    Services provided by 7rak Digital Agency may rely on or integrate with third-party providers, including but not limited to hosting companies, domain registrars, software providers, plugins, APIs, payment processors, and marketing platforms. 7rak Digital Agency is not responsible for the performance, availability, security, pricing, changes, or failures of any third-party services.

  1. Confidentiality
    Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public, proprietary, commercial, or technical information disclosed during the course of the services and to use such information solely for the purpose of fulfilling contractual obligations, unless disclosure is required by law or agreed in writing.

  1. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
    Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes without first contacting 7rak Digital Agency to attempt resolution. Any unauthorised or unjustified chargeback may result in immediate suspension or termination of services. Customers remain liable for all outstanding fees, late payment charges, chargeback fees, and associated administrative costs.

  1. Force Majeure
    7rak Digital Agency shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, cyberattacks, power failures, labour disputes, pandemics, government actions, or failures of third-party service providers.

  1. Termination of Services
    7rak Digital Agency reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, breach of these Terms & Conditions, unlawful activity, or misuse of services. Upon termination, all outstanding fees, late charges, and applicable reconnection or administrative fees become immediately due and payable. Termination does not entitle the customer to any refund of prepaid amounts.

  1. Data Retention & Deletion
    Upon termination or prolonged suspension of services, customer data, files, websites, emails, or content may be permanently deleted after a reasonable period. Customers are solely responsible for backing up their data prior to termination or suspension. Data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

  1. Amendments to Terms
    7rak Digital Agency reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on the website and will apply to ongoing and future services from the date of publication.

  1. Severability
    If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

  1. Entire Agreement
    These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior discussions, correspondence, agreements, or representations, whether written or oral.
